Mr. Flores has been with Christos Building Services for over 20 years. He has had extensive experience in building management and began his cleaning and operations career in 1992. Mr. Flores directs all aspects of company operations including estimates, scheduling, project management, quality control, business development and customer relations.
Mr. Flores oversees his team of Directors of Operations and together they combine their management skills as well as industry skills in cleaning, painting and maintenance to offer the highest standards of quality control in the industry to every property that Christos Building Services serves.

Vice-President Christos Building Services
Mr. Kouretas has been with Christos Building Services for over 6 years. He received his B.A. degree from the University of Rochester in 1995 and his law degree from George Washington University in 2001. He has over 10 years experience in practicing law in the Washington Metropolitan area.
Mr. Kouretas is also the Human Resource director and his responsibilities include accounting, contract administration, business development, customer relations and overall office management. Mr. Kouretas brings a wealth of experience, education and overall knowledge to the Christos Building Services team which contributes to the success of the company as a whole.

Mr. Escobar has been with Christos Building Services for over 10 years. Along with his team of area directors, Mr. Escobar manages hundreds of daily porters who specialize in the daily cleaning and maintenance of multiple apartment and commercial buildings.
Mr. Escobar is skilled in managing the daily requirements needed to keep our properties clean to the highest of industry standards. He achieves this goal through our strict quality control program and attention to detail.

Mr. Rosales oversees multiple maintenance crews on both large and small scale projects.
